In our Blue House Jazz subscription in the Main Hall, listeners get to hear the greatest Swedish and international jazz musicians. The smaller Grünewald Hall is often used for more intimate jazz concerts.

Stockholm Jazz Festival

For many years, Konserthuset has also been one of the partners for Stockholm’s major jazz festival and many of the festival’s concerts take place at Konserthuset each autumn.

Blue House Youth Jazz Festival

Konserthuset is the principal organiser of the annual festival, which focuses on members of big bands and jazz ensembles from all of Sweden’s culture schools, upper-secondary school programs focused on the arts, folk high schools and music colleges. The grand finale of the event is the Storbands-SM (the Swedish Big Band Championships) and a jazz ensemble competition.
